This is the same recipe as the Never Fail Lo Bak Go, I only had 200g pumpkin mash that was frozen earlier on, thawed it and used it all here. The result was perfect, we enjoyed it.
Pumpkin mashed does good to the texture.. chopped mushrooms, chopped pork hock, shredded dried oysters, shallots.... |

Alteration
1. Additional ingredient: pumpkin mash ( mixed with the rice flour liquid mixture).
Note: I used stewed Korean cooked pork hock ( from my local Korean grocery shop) to replace chinese sausages, got it chopped to small pieces. This further moisten the texture and pork hock were so yummy.
Instead of shrimps, I used
2. Dried oyster ( rinsed and pre-soaked with a bit of hot water), had it shredded.

but eating it this way would be best! fried and dipped in premium XO sauce, chili sauce... |
