Nutritious Black Sesame Dessert Soup

Black sesame is a powerful food of many health-promoting anti-aging benefits.  It gives you healthier skin and bones, good for heart health, protector against cancer, can be a relief for constipation and indigestion, and acts as a lactation aid as well.
Grinding the seeds and soaking them overnight can help make the seeds more digestible.  Overall, this is a nutritious tasty dessert.

Recipe from here
Ingredients ( with modifications)
Rice flour   1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Granulated sugar/ brown sugar, adjust to your own taste ( I used rock sugar)
Milk  200ml ( I added 3 more tablespoons of milk powder in the milk)
Fried Black sesame seeds   1 rice bowl ( soaked overnight, washed and drained. On medium low heat, gently fry it till fragrant)
Butter  1 tablespoon
Water   4 cups (2 cups for blending, 2 cups for boiling)
2 cups water,  1 rice bowl fried black sesame

sugar, butter, rice flour mixture...

Milk...turn on high heat for a quick boil. It should turn creamy, no longer grainy taste.

Methods
Sesame and 2 cups water goes in the blender. Blend until you get very fine puree texture.
In a prepared boiling 2 cups water on the saucepan, pour in all the puree sesame mixture.
Cook until it is JUST boiled, turn to low heat now.
Add in sugar and butter. Stir to get it dissolved.
Add a little water into the rice flour bowl to dilute the mixture, in the consistency of a porridge like. Stir well and  pour into the saucepan (this is to thicken the texture).
Last, add the milk. Very quickly, over high heat bring it to boil so that it gets thickened and no longer grainy like. ( or to add a little more rice flour, to adjust to your liking).
note: when it is cooled, the soup will looked slightly thicker than it just got cooked.
Serve while it is still hot or warm.
