Blueberry Avocado Ice Cream ( no churn)
Quick and easy, no heavy cream, egg or sugar used here. No churning needed.
My children think it is more like a sorbet but they loved it anyway.

Ingredients ( with modifications)
2 cups blueberries
1 large Avocado
1/2 cup plain yogurt / blueberry yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup maple syrup
Methods
Put all ingredients into the food processor, blend until mixture becomes thick and creamy.
Store in an airtight container and freeze for about two hours.
