Method (bread machine) / or your choice of kneading method

All wet ingredients goes in before the dry ingredients (leave the butter aside).
When everything comes into a rough dough form, add in your unsalted butter. Let the machine do the rest of the kneading job for you.
When completion, transfer the dough onto the floured working surface. Punch down air, roll into a ball shape and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into 12 even portions, roll back into ball shapes and let it rest again for 10 minutes.
Slightly roll to flatten the dough , place all your ingredients on top of all the dough. Be generous with the grated cheese.
Cover and let rest on two baking tray with parchment paper for an hour, or until size doubled.
Bake in preheated oven of 190C for 5 minutes, reduce to 180C and further bake for 15 minutes, until it gets browned slightly and a skewer inserted deep down comes out clean.

note: a metal pan with boiling water is placed on the lowest shelf of the oven during baking.
