Grass Jelly Soy agar agar (healthy)

Grass jelly can be cut into cubes or other forms, then mixes with syrup to produce a good dessert or drink thought to have cooling properties, which makes it typically consumed during hot weather. If you like soy milk, then this is for you.

Recipe from here
Ingredients
15g agar agar powder
1000 ml unsweetened soy bean milk
1 can/ 500ml grass jelly cut into small cubes ( from Asian grocers)
3/4 cup sugar ( taste as you go)
3 pandan leaves (knotted)

Methods
Bring the soybean milk, agar agar powder and pandan leaves to a slow boil. Constantly stirring to ensure the agar agar dissolves completely.
Remove the pandan leaves and add in the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves well. Taste as you go.
Add in the grass jelly.
Pour mixture into your prepared jelly mould.
Chill firm to serve.
