Chocolate temptations! needless to say, freshly made is the best!
Ingredients
125g butter, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
180g firmly packed brown sugar
1 extra large egg
1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup self-raising flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Chocolate Melts, halved
Methods
Beat butter, essence, sugar and egg in medium bowl with mixer until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mix it well.
Make one big heaped tablespoons of each, flatten it to about 1cm thick, leave 5 cm apart from each, lay onto a baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake in preheated oven of 180C for about 15 minutes or until firm.
Cool on wire rack.
