Honey Pork Jerky with Sesame Seeds



I used my previous Porky Jerky method to make this.  Homemade type not just tastes just as good as the store bought, it is much cheaper too.  Make lots and keep them in the fridge for a month or even longer in the freezer.



Ingredients:
1 kg pork butt, minced
30g white sesame seeds

4 tbsp soy sauce
200g sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp shaoshing wine
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp five spice powder
2 tbsp water
4 tbsp honey
