Curry bacon bread

Beautiful aroma from the toasted bread, enjoyed this very much.

Recipe from here
Ingredients (750g loaf)
Bread flour  350g
Dry yeast  4g
Curry powder  7g
Castor sugar  35g
Salt  6g
Egg  28g (lightly beaten)
Lukewarm water 196g
Unsalted butter  28g
Bacon  105g
Onions  70g

Method
(Bread machine)
1.  Cut bacon into small pieces.  Slice onions thinly, heat up pan, with a little oil, fry them till fragrance and slightly turned brown.  Set aside and let it cool completely.

2.  Lukewarm water and  beaten egg goes in the machine first.  Sugar on one side while salt the other.  Add in the flour and last, the yeast  ( unsalted butter, bacon and onion set aside first).

3.  Set machine to "Basic", select "light crust" mode and 750g loaf size.  Press "start".

4.  When everything comes as a rough dough, add in the unsalted butter.  Next, add in bacon and onions.  Let the machine do the rest of the job for you.

4.  When it is done, remove the container out from the machine and let cool on wire rack.
