Ingredients (12 pieces)
3 tbsp light soya sauce
3 tbsp rice wine
6 tsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 + 1/4 tsp five spice powder
1 tbsp garlic mince
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 egg, lighten beaten
drizzle a bit of sesame oil
6 tbsp cornstarch
Method
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except cornstarch) mixed in very evenly.
Chill in the fridge for some good hours.
Heat up sufficient oil on the fry pan, mix the ingredients with cornstarch evenly.
Fry them on medium high heat, turning once, for 4 minutes on each side or until meat near bone is no longer pink in center.
