Purple Sweet Potato (version 2)

  This bread is just so so soft and fluffy for I definitely will make it many times in the future.
   Love the pale purple colour.





Ingredients
Bread flour   220g
Cake flour  80g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Grapeseed oil 30g
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Cold milk 170- 180ml
Mashed potato 150g


Method( bread machine)
1. Wet ingredients goes in before dry ingredients.
2. Sugar on one side while salt on the other.
3. Yeast comes last, just before flours.
4. When it's ready, remove bread container from the machine, let it sit for 10 minutes.
5. Cool the bread on wire rack.
